Job Description: SAP ERP Specialist

The strategies and tasks of the related or Section are part of the Integrated Management System IMS (Quality Manual). In case of discrepancies the IMS prevails. This Job Description is detailing those tasks to the individual functions.

WHY DOES THE JOB EXIST

As the local business of Wacker Greater China is growing very fast. Wacker China installs more and more Modules of the SAP R3 system and has to maintain these in the day to day operations. For this we need a key-user not limited to a single module of SAP that can support and improve the different processes in the modules as a SAP ordinator. The SAP specialist will be fully supported from the central rporate SAP team nsisting of specialists per SAP module in Wacker’s headoffice in Germany. 

REPORTING

Report to                                 Finance & Acunting Manager Greater China                  

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Actively drive set up and improvement of different modules in the SAP systems for the existing and future projects (Modules: /FI, SD, PP, MM as main requirements)

-understand and design processes as a basis for transfer into the SAP system

-customize different SAP modules together with the specialists in headoffice

 QUALIFICATION

 -University degree or appropriate professional qualification. In ERP and Finance

- At least 3 years related working experience in MNC, with SAP-ERP project management and ERP installation

- Willing to take additional work load;

- Good English mmunication ability, both in oral and writing

-good team spirit

-strong will and skills to support people
