黄速建

中国社会科学院工业经济研究所研究员、副所长。中国社会科学院研究生院管理学教授、博导。

黄速建教授现任中国社会科学院工业经济研究所研究员、副所长；中国社会科学院研究生院教授；中国社会科学院管理科学研究中心主任；《经济管理》杂志副主编；兼任中国企业管理研究会理事长；中国社会科学院网络经济研究中心主任。主要研究领域为公司并购、企业组织与企业改革。1988年8月~1989年5月期间在美国塔夫茨大学(Tufts University )弗莱彻（FLETCHER）法律与外交学院任访问学者，1997年起享受国务院特殊津贴。主要成果包括其专著《公司论》，获中国社会科学院第一届青年优秀成果专著奖；《国有企业产权制度变革》，获蒋一苇企业改革与发展研究基金优秀成果专著奖；《现代企业管理：变革的观点》，获中国社会科学院工业经济研究所专著类优秀成果一等奖。

 

Huang Sujian

Huang Sujian is theprofessor and deputy director of Institute of Industrial Enomics, CASS;professor of graduate school, CASS, and director of the center of managementscience research of CASS. He is also the associate editor of Enomic Management, chairman of theChinese Institute 0f Business Administration and the director of the center ofwork enomy research of CASS. His main research fields include mpanymerger and acquisition, enterprise anization and enterprise reform. He wasthe visiting scholar at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, TuftsUniversity from August 1988 to May 1989. He has been awarded the specialallowance from the State uncil since 1997. His publications include themonograph Enterprise Theory, which wonthe award of the 1^stOutstanding Monograph of Young Scholars by CASS, the Revolution of Property Right System of State-owned Enterprises, whichwon theJiang Yi Wei Academic Foundation for Enterprise Reform and Development’soutstanding monograph award, andModern Business Management – From theperspective of Change, which won the 1^st prize of outstanding Monographof the Institute of Industrial Enomics, CASS.
