王亦东

亚太区副总裁及首席财务官， 汉高中国投资有限公司

王亦东先生现负责德国汉高集团在亚太地区14个国家财务管理，业务控制及战略发展相关的工作。王先生之前在汉高德国总部担任全球粘合剂业务发展及并购总监，并在上海和香港担任过大中华区首席财务官和亚太区财资总监。

在加入汉高之前，王先生先后于摩根大通投资银行和LG.飞利浦担任要职，在纽约和香港积累了丰富的资本运作和企业财务战略管理经验。王先生最初任职于中华人民共和国商务部。

王先生多次获邀作为主讲嘉宾参加大型国际或全国性行业会议，并经常接受权威财经媒体采访，在业界拥有良好声誉。他被中华人民共和国财政部所属«新理财»评选为十大“2011 中国CFO年度人物”之一。他领导的团队创记录地连续两年获得汉高全球财务管理最高奖。

王先生于以金融财务专业著称的纽约大学斯特恩商学院获得MBA学位，并拥有中国外交学院学士学位, 美国注册会计师和英国特许公认会计师（AA）资格, 目前还担任AACFO 俱乐部理事会委员。

 

Jason Wang

Jason Wang iscurrently responsible for Henkel Group’s financial management, business ntroland strategic development in 14 -Pacific untries. Prior to hisappointment in -Pacific region, Mr. Wang was the director of globaladhesive business development and purchasing at Henkel headquarter in Germany.He also served as the CFO of Great China in Shanghai and as the CFO of-Pacific Region in Hong Kong. 

Mr. Wang gained rich experience in capital operationand rporate financial strategic management when he was with JP Man Chase& in New York and with LG Philips in Hong Kong. He began his career atMinistry of merce. He has good reputation in his field, and thus was invitedby many large international and national industrial nferences as the guestspeaker, and was interviewed by many authoritative financial media. He wasnamed 2011 CFO of the Year by Ministry of Finance’s Xinlicai Magazine. His teamhas nsecutively won the Excellent Awards of Henkel Global FinancialManagement for two years, which set a rerd.
