刘凤委

上海国家会计学院副教授，硕士研究生导师，会计学博士，中国注册会计师，美国亚利桑那州立大学、香港城市大学访问学者，上海成本研究会理事，上市公司独立董事；主要从事会计与治理方面的教学和研究，在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《新华文摘》、《中国工业经济》、《会计研究》、《中国会计与财务研究》、《财经研究》等国内期刊发表多篇学术论文；担任财政部全国会计领军人才命题专家、全国注册会计师考试和全国高级会计师考试辅导教师，主讲全国总会计师、中国注册会计师、大型企业集团CFO、国资委董监事、外资企业和民营企业高层管理者培训课程。曾先后荣获上海财经大学优秀博士论文和上海市年度优秀博士论文；2007年国际管理学年会（台湾）最优论文；荣获全国“高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社科）”二等奖、JP-JAE杂志亚太年会最优论文奖、中国会计学会优秀论文奖、上海市哲学社会科学优秀论文二等奖。先后承担国家自然科学基金、财政部、教育部、世界银行、亚洲开发银行、上海证券交易所、上海市哲学社科基金、宝钢集团及上海电力、浙江电力等多项国家、省部级和企业课题。

 

Dr. Liu Fengweiis a CPA, and an assistant professorand a master student supervisor at the Department of Development and Researchat Shanghai National Aounting Institution where his research and teaching focuson aounting and ernance. He has published papers on Enomic ResearchJournal, Management World, Xinhua Digest, China Industrial Enomics,Aounting Research, China Aounting and Financial Review, Journal of Financeand Enomics, etc. Dr. Liu is a visiting fellow at the Arizona StateUniversity and the City University of Hong Kong, and a member of uncil of theShanghai st Research Association. He also served as Independent Director inlisted mpanies. Additionally, Dr. Liu set questions for National LeadingAounting Talents Test and provide trainings on CPA Test and Senior AountantTest to Chief Aountant, CPA, CFOs of large mpanies, the Board of SASAC, andmanagement of international and private mpanies. Dr. Liu was awarded ExcellentDoctorial Dissertation of Shanghai University of Finance and Enomics, and MunicipalExcellent Doctorial Dissertation. In 2007 he was awarded the best paper by InternationalManagement mmittee. His other research awards include the send prize of theNational llegeScientific Research Achievement Awards (social science group),the best nference paper award at JP-JAE magazine’s -Pacific nference,the best paper award by Aounting Society of China, the send prize ofshanghai outstanding social science papers.
