业绩贡献

2008年享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,2013年入选国家百千万人才工程,并获得“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号。主要从事工业化与工业发展、企业改革与发展、管理学发展与方法论等领域的学术研究。他积极开拓,努力创新,研究成果丰硕,业绩突出,迄今为止,已公开发表百余篇学术论文和二十余部著作。曾获第十二届孙冶方经济科学奖、第二届蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀专著奖等多项奖励。

对工业化与工业发展领域的主要研究贡献有:对我国整体及各省级区域的工业化水平进行了测评研究,对中国工业化进程所处阶段和特征做出了分析判断,在国内产生了较大的影响;在我国较早地对新工业革命及其对我国工业发展的影响进行了系统分析。

在企业改革与发展方面的主要研究贡献有:对国有企业企业家的激励约束问题进行了系统研究,提出了控制权激励、报酬激励、声誉激励、竞争激励的“四位一体”激励约束机制,在国内学术界具有较大影响;长期跟踪研究国有企业改革与发展,对2003年国资委成立以后“新国企”问题进行了系统研究,主持国家社科基金重大项目“深入推进国有经济战略性调整研究”;领导研究团队对企业社会责任问题进行长期研究,对我国企业社会责任的发展有一定的积极作用。

在管理学发展和方法论研究方面的主要贡献有:提出了管理学发展的“多元学科方法论”,系统研究了管理科学化理论,对我国管理学发展状况进行了分析与判断,在国内管理学理论界有一定影响

Achievements

Professor HuangQunhuireceived government special subsidy from China's Statement Council in 2008, was selected into the National Talents Project in 2013, and was awarded the honorary title of YoungExpert with Outstanding Achievement. He is mainly engaged in academic research on industrialization and industrial development, reform and development of enterprises, and the development and methodology of management science. So far, his publications include over 100 research papers and more than 20 monographs. He was the winner of many awards such as the 12th Sun Yefang Economic Science Award and the 2nd Jiang Yi Wei Academic Foundation for Enterprise Reform and Development’s outstanding monograph award.

He has conducted the evaluation and research on the level of industrialization in China and provincial areas, and has made analytical judgment on the current stage and features of China’s industrialization process, which has produced a great impact in China. He has made early systematic analysis on the new industrial revolution and its impact on the industrial development in China.

He has made a systematic research on the incentives and constraints onthe executives of the state-owned enterprises, and proposed a “four-in-one”mechanism that consists of incentives of control rights, remuneration, reputation and competition, which has produced a great impact in domestic academic circles. With a long-term follow-up study on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, he has made a systematicstudy on the “New SOEs” after the founding of SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) and was responsible for implementation of the key research program financed by National Social Science Foundation on “Further Promote the Strategic Adjustment of State-owned Economy”. He also led a researchteam to conduct a long-term study on the corporate social responsibility, which has play an active role in promoting the development of corporate social responsibility in China.
