李旭东现任喜达屋酒店管理集团大中华区财务副总裁。他拥有超过二十年的财务管理经验，擅长结合集团业务需求制定相应的战略及实现资源整合。李旭东曾在百胜餐饮集团担任财务规划及控制方面的高级职务，拥有超前的财务战略思维及深刻的业务理解。他同时还具有丰富的团队领导和人力资源管理经验。李旭东拥有复旦大学哲学硕士学位及中欧国际工商学院工商管理硕士学位。他同时也是AA（特许公认会计师公会）资深会员及理事会成员。

DeanLee is currently Vice President, Starwood Greater China. With over twenty yearsof experience in finance management, he specializes in the developmentof financial strategies that fit business needs and the integration ofresources. Prior to joining Starwood, Dean Lee held various senior positions infinancial planning and ntrol at Yum Restaurants China, where he nurtured the capability ofstrategic thinking and obtained the insights into business. Healsohas solid experience in team leadership and human resources management.

Dean Lee obtained a master’s degree in philosophy fromFudan University and an MBA fromCEIBS(China Europe International BusinessSchool). He is also a fellow and uncil member of AA (The Association ofChartered Certified Acuntants).
