曾任职于HoneywellTaiwan DCS系统部门，主导Honeywell对台塑六轻自动化项目的执行，成功拿下7个六轻石化厂之主控制系统，让Honeywell于当时在六轻之市占率达15%以上。

之后任职于研华科技负责全球业务营销推展，协助建立海外子公司，最后2年职任总部营销长，并于研华科技任内获得经济部2003年台湾十大国际品牌公司之肯定。

现任新汉公司，成功将新汉由嵌入式单板计算机制造业转型为垂直市场之工业计算机公司，并陆续推出工业无风扇计算机、车载计算机、电子广告牌、IoT自动化及机器人，实际将新汉公司导入工业4.0及物联网之行列。

Before joining Nex, Mr.Lin served on Honeywell Taiwan DCS department where he was in charge of theautomation of No. 6 Naphtha Cracker plex of Formosa Plastics. Hesuessfully won 7 ntrol system projects from Formosa Petrochemical, whichincreased Honeywell’s market share to more than 15%.

Mr. Lin alsoserved as marketing director at Advantech to promote global marketing and setup oversea branches. Advantech was awarded 10 international brands ofTaiwan of the year 2003.

As the VP and general manager, Mr. Lin hassuessfully led Nex to transition from an embedded Single Board puterproducer to an industrial puting pany with re strengths in a diverserange of industries, and to launch products such as Industrial Fanlessputing Solutions, Mobile puting Solutions, Digital Signage Solutions, IoTAutomation Solutions and Robot Solutions to implement Industry 4.0 and buildIoT
