IPA GROUP AND THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTING TECHNICIANSOF THE PHILIPPINES (NIAT) PARTNER FOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

公共会计师协会集团（IPA Group）与菲律宾国家会计技术员协会（NIAT）合作签署谅解备忘录

The IPA Group, and theNational Institute of Accounting Technicians of the Philippines (NIAT) havesigned a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote the interests of itsrespective members and the accounting profession globally.'

公共会计师协会集团（Institute of PublicAccountants Group, 简称IPA Group）近日与菲律宾国家会计技术员协会（NationalInstitute of Accounting Technicians of the Philippines, 简称NIAT）签署谅解备忘录（MoU），以促进其各自会员和全球会计行业的利益。

“This MoU seeks to establish abond between the two organisations through reciprocal recognition, membershipand education pathways, which will provide opportunities for members in theregion, and more broadly through the IPA Group globally,” IPA chief executiveofficer, Andrew Conway, says.

"这份谅解备忘录旨在通过相互认可、会籍资格和教育途径在两个组织之间建立密切联系，这将为该地区的会员提供更多机遇，并通过公共会计师协会集团在全球范围更广泛地提供契机。"公共会计师协会集团（IPAGroup）首席执行官安德鲁·康威（AndrewConway）说。

This MoU is also demonstratingour commitment to the Accounting Technician segment of our global membership,said Mr Conway.

The National Institute ofAccounting Technicians is the largest bookkeeping institute in the Philippinesrepresenting over 30,000 accounting professionals.

The agreement is part of IPA’sbroader effort to increase the visibility and support for the accountingprofession in Southeast Asia.
